1. General Provisions

7w77 ("Platform", "we", "us") is an online casino and betting service provider designed for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legal agreement between 7w77 and its users.

It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions in full before using any service offered by 7w77. These Terms are available in both English and Bengali; however, the Bengali version shall be considered the primary document for users in Bangladesh.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you via your registered email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered your acceptance of those changes.

1.1 Definitions

• "User" — any person who has created an account on the 7w77 platform or is using its services.
• "Account" — the user's registered profile through which the platform's services can be accessed.
• "Wallet" — the virtual funds storage section linked to an account.
• "Bonus" — additional funds or benefits provided as a promotional offer.
• "Bet" — participation in any game or sports event using real funds.

3. Account Registration

To register with 7w77, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure.

3.1 Information Required at Registration

• Full legal name (as per National ID)
• Valid email address
• Active mobile number
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Preferred payment method details

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You will be held responsible for any activity carried out using your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security and compliance, 7w77 may request completion of a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process at any time. The following documents may be required:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
• Proof of ownership of payment method

Withdrawal processing may be put on hold until KYC is completed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, a deposit must be made for the first time after registration, and the bonus will be added to the account automatically.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To make the welcome bonus withdrawable, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (15x). For example, if you receive a ৳5,000 bonus, a total of ৳75,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer can only be used once.
• Multiple bonuses cannot run at the same time, unless explicitly stated.
• If bonus misuse or fraud is detected, the bonus and related winnings will be cancelled.
• 7w77 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Certain games or betting categories may not count toward the wagering requirements of a bonus.

5.4 VIP Program

7w77's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Users can gradually move up to higher tiers based on their activity.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

7. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7w77 platform. If such activity is identified, the account will be immediately closed and all funds may be forfeited:

• Registering or conducting transactions using a false identity.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Conducting transactions using a third-party payment method.
• Attempting to harass, defraud or harm other users.
• Exploiting platform correlations to conduct illegal arbitrage betting.

9. Responsible Gaming

7w77 gives the highest priority to responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be a form of entertainment and should not be used as a solution to any financial problem.

9.1 Self-Limit Setting

Users can set the following limits themselves from their account settings:

• Daily / Weekly / Monthly deposit limits
• Daily / Weekly loss limits
• Session time limits
• Self-Exclusion for a specified period (Self-Exclusion)

9.2 Self-Exclusion Policy

If a user feels their gaming habits are going out of control, they can contact our support team to request their account be suspended temporarily or permanently. An account cannot be reinstated while self-exclusion is active.

9.3 Minor Protection

We are firmly committed to the protection of minors. It is the responsibility of account holders to ensure that their devices and login credentials remain out of reach of minors.

11. Limitation of Liability

7w77 is not liable for any loss in the following circumstances:

• Loss in a game due to internet disconnection or technical failure.
• Errors in third-party software or payment systems.
• Unauthorised access due to careless storage of account credentials.
• Service restrictions due to legal restrictions in the user's own country.
• Natural disasters, war, cyber attacks, or other unforeseeable events.

11.1 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, you are requested to first contact our customer service department. We aim to provide an initial response within 72 hours. The decision of 7w77 in resolving disputes will be considered final.
